Kettering 2003
Went along with CBF and Turbine 3 but neither fought as T3 is being preped for Rex's Robot
Challenge later in the year and CBF wasn't ready either. A good day with mainly heavyweight
fights although there were a few good feather melays. The new Thor was impressive once they
overcame a speedo problem, Chaos 2 and Terrorhurtz were on display. Of the feathers Juggernaut
was impressive as was TKM2 which now has a working flipper, all the other usual feathers were
there. After long discussions after series 7 it has been decided that next year will see a
huge evolution in the heavyweight category as has happened recently in the feathers.
It was a very hot day and was tiring as usual but it was a good day but would have been made
better if I had a working robot.
