Kettering 2001
This was my first event with Team Geeza, although I have always been a member
of the team. The team had previously been to Wilson's Day(Robots@War) and GGHW 2001. We got to
Southfields School quite late, after 9am and got a table between Anarchy and Sumpthing and proceded
to ready the robot, but without much luck. We hadn't tested it and we didn't have the right gear ratios
and it just wouldn't work. So we spent the day wandering around taking photos and chating to people.
We also got a first look at Terrorhurtz, which was very impressive once John got it working. It trashed
a washing machine which was great to watch. I will put some photos up when i get them scanned in.
